The Cutting Knife is a general purpose carving knife. Its more rounded point is very durable. Great beginners knife. 1-1/8" blade length. These knives are made with the same edge-holding steel as the Flexcut gouges and chisels. The comfortable carved handle allows for long periods of carving without fatigue.
