The Stanley No.5 Bailey Jack plane is designed for stock removal when preparing timber prior to finishing. With its 14in (356mm) base and a 2in (50mm) blade, its ideal for preparing sawed timber. This plane also features unbreakable plastic handles, machined frog and cutter settings to eliminate blade chatter. A special cap iron design curves the shavings to prevent clogging.
